For the dough:
300 g rye flour, 200 g homemade ricotta, dried basil (1 pinch), salt (1/2 teaspoon).
For the filling: 1 onion, 400 g broccoli, olive oil (1 tablespoon), 100 g champignons, 1 egg, 200 g grated cheese.
Mix the flour with ricotta, basil, and salt. Gradually add 5 tablespoons of water, knead the dough. Roll it into a ball and set aside for now.
Prepare the filling. Cut the onion, broccoli, and mushrooms. Then fry them in olive oil for about five minutes.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Grease the multicooker bowl with olive oil. Place the dough at the bottom of the bowl, then add the fried vegetables on top.
Mix grated cheese with the egg and 2 tablespoons of almond milk or water. Spread the mixture over the vegetables. Bake for 40 minutes.
