Split hair ends – are a real problem for almost all girls and men with long hair! Moreover, the longer the hair, the more likely it is to "acquire" such a trouble. About 90% of all hair owners with a length of 30 cm (11.8 inches) face the problem of hair splitting regularly. Fortunately, sometimes we still encounter evidence that very long and at the same time healthy (!) hair does exist in nature! Let's figure out the problem and start growing hair with the right approach!

 Haircut. Sometimes, you have managed to grow long hair, but a good quarter of its length resembles a loofah, because it is split to an extreme! You have to admit that further growth will not lead to desired results and you will have to cut off all the damaged length! You can't glue a split end, and the longer you leave it in such a condition, the more the main part will suffer. Don't be sad, because if you have already set a goal to start with the right beginning, then you will definitely succeed! Ruthlessly cut off all the split length and move forward.

 orehiNutrition. Dear girls, once and for all, you need to realize one simple rule: proper nutrition is 50% of the state of the whole body, and therefore hair! So, no matter what mega-salon treatments you beautify your hair with, you can't do without the right products.

So, the basis is protein

Without an adequate amount of protein, life on Mars is impossible 0_о. Just kidding! I mean that protein is the foundation of the whole organism, and healthy hair is unthinkable without consuming it. The best sources of protein can be considered meat, nuts, cereals (especially sprouted), cottage cheese, legumes, milk, and many other products. By the way, fish will have a great effect on the condition of your hair. Both the valuable protein and the minerals and beneficial amino acids. Three times a week, eat any fish.

Beneficial oils

Did you know that regular consumption of oils in your diet can significantly boost your immunity and the condition of all your coverings – from hair to nails? You just need to know the "right" oils. First, you could consider olive oil! It's a panacea for beauty! It is truly created to preserve beauty and health, for both women and men. One tablespoon of olive oil a day can saturate the body with almost the entire necessary amount of vitamin E

masla Another unique oil is wheat germ oil – a treasure trove of beneficial substances. There is much to tell about its benefits, but perhaps it's worth just knowing its composition: almost all essential amino acids, polyunsaturated fatty acids Omega-3, Omega-6, Omega-9, vitamins A, E, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, more than 20 macro- and microelements!

The third suggestion is flaxseed oil. Flaxseed oil has a positive effect on hair roots and nourishment. Thanks to its high content of Omega-3, it is also very beneficial for women's health, heart function, and good brain performance.

Regularly including these oils in your diet will effectively nourish your hair along its entire length, preventing it from drying out and significantly improving its structure.

Water. The body must have enough moisture for all metabolic processes to occur without problems. It's important to know that water reaches the hair last, as it is not the most strategically important covering in the body. For this reason, to prevent hair from suffering from dehydration, you need at least 1.5 liters per day, and in hot weather – 2 liters.

fruktLots of plant-based food. Most often, if you see a girl with gorgeous, long hair, you can confidently say that the main part of her diet consists of fruits and vegetables. For example, any supermodel's menu is abundant in plant-based food, and that's why they look fabulous! And even if we don't consider celebrities, any girl who cares about her beauty and health should generously use the source of beneficial vitamins and substances contained in any vegetables and fruits! Be sure that the right and varied menu will have the best impact on your beauty and health!

jagodAdvice from my life. In the hustle and bustle of daily life, I couldn't imagine how to regularly and daily eat lots of vegetables and fruits, since in a work environment, as they say, you can't go far on "leaves." Obviously, each day requires a lot of energy, and you need to eat something "heavier" than vegetables. After many experiments, I found a wonderful solution.

Depending on the season, once a week, I buy fresh or frozen vegetables, fruits, and berries. Fortunately, I can spare a couple of hours a week for shopping. Once or twice a day, I make myself various fruit and berry or vegetable smoothies (in the morning or evening). I also add fiber from barley, wheat, or oat bran, which serves as an additional source of energy, protein, and essential B vitamins for hair! Making such smoothies is very quick and easy! I cannot keep silent that with such a diet, I saw incredible results in my skin and hair condition. If we talk directly about hair splitting, the problem has almost disappeared. And before, I couldn't grow my hair even to my shoulders without half of them splitting! I hope my experience will help you in the fight for gorgeous hair!
