[pagetitle]– a sports apparatus used in women's artistic gymnastics. Clubs are made of plastic or rubber (previously – made of wood), the length of the club is 40-50 cm, and it weighs 150 g. Nowadays, clubs with velvet handles that do not slip from the hands are allowed to be used. The apparatus can be solid-colored or painted in different colors (sometimes colored tape is used for this). According to the rules of the Gymnastics Federation, performances with two clubs in individual exercises are allowed, and each gymnast uses one pair of clubs in group exercises. In exercises with clubs, balances predominate, and the main elements are large and small circles, mills, juggling, turns, and throws.
