The human body is an incredibly complex tool with an array of unique functions and abilities. These nature-given abilities have allowed us to achieve unique results and opened up a whole universe of possibilities, not just physical. We can do absolutely everything: run, swim, use our minds to soar in the sky, conquer mountains and the vastness of space. All this is available to every person, and the only condition for all this – taking care of the quality of our health and training our physical resources for a truly happy and fulfilling life. We are the creators of our own well-being.
Many of the secrets of health and quality of human life have long been discovered and tested over hundreds and thousands of years, but the search and discovery of new ones is still going on. There are millions of articles in print and online about the proper care and prevention of our body's health. We are all different, but when it comes to physiology – here we all have the same goal – longevity and excellent health.
We strongly believe that we can achieve anything we want if we are smart and motivated enough. It is only through inner drive and persistence that people achieve incredible results, both in sports and in terms of self-realization. This site is dedicated exclusively to self training (at home, outdoors and in the gym) and useful tips for health. We only post information that we are completely confident in and have tested on ourselves.
What we write about and who we are - working out at home
The team at School Field – are both young enthusiasts and seasoned athletes who share their own life experiences, describe best practices for independent workouts, nutrition tips. They all share the inner work done over their own laziness and the best living situations, tricks that helped them achieve better results in sports and physical development. Here you will also find information about outstanding athletes, whose life stories – themselves a valuable source for motivation and self-development.
Our main goal – is to provide our readers with as much information and techniques as possible in order to train and achieve results under any conditions : at work, at home, on a regular sports field or in the gym, NOT causing any harm to your health. There has long been a perception among the great minds of mankind that virtually 95% of the world's population uses their internal physical and mental resources no more than 10%. There are many reports and papers written on this topic, and arguments are constantly being blown out, but everyone agrees on one thing – self-training and constant development is necessary for every person. The more work a person has done, the more obvious is the result, both to others and to himself.
We invite you to join us in developing your inner potential, and share your experiences, to become better, fitter and healthier. All of the information on our site is designed to say "no" to spontaneity and inertia, break down stereotypes, and highlight the parts of life that will help anyone and everyone get better at training alone and improve their health. Above all, the site provides information that is focused on efficiency and early results. Even the most seemingly insignificant little things can mean a lot for results.
Each article on School Field – is lived experience, life principles or simply advice from respected athletes or talented youth who strive, achieve and enjoy sharing their own training experiences. We also plan to provide the site with more information on the technical secrets of athletes in their training and personal techniques. Often, it is the little things that can be the missing link in achieving various results, and we focus on them in particular. Long-known truths we try to describe in as accessible form as possible, pointing out the nuances in the execution or cautions, if necessary.
We are convinced that a variety of development and constant work on yourself will lead you to your desired goals in sports, self-development and excellent health!
