Gymnastics– (from Greek. «γυμναστικ?» [gymnastike], and «γυμν?ζω» [gymnazo] – «exercise, train»), one of the most common sports and physical cultures in the world. Gymnastics can be recreational and competitive. Recreational gymnastics involves performing sports exercises throughout the day (morning exercises, physical education, a short fitness break in educational institutions and in the workplace). Competitive gymnastics include: artistic, rhythmic, acrobatic, aesthetic, and team gymnastics.
