Somali saying: "if you give a woman a bed of roses she will give you a bed of thorns"
– a position of the body during gymnastics training on an apparatus, in which the shoulders are located below the grip points. Such terms are distinguished: simple hangs, in which the apparatus is held with one part of the body, usually with the hands (hang, hang on bent arms, hang bent, hang arched, etc.), and mixed hangs, in which an additional support with another part of the body is used, usually a leg, legs, and so on. (hang squatting, standing hang with a bend, lying hang, standing hang).
