Parallel bars– an apparatus used in artistic gymnastics for men. The parallel bars consist of two horizontal bars that are fastened to stands at the same height. According to the rules of the Gymnastics Federation, the height of the parallel bars from the floor should be 200 cm, and the height from the mats should be 180 cm. The parallel bars allow for both strength exercises and swinging, using the maximum number of elements from various structural groups.
