Lever hold
– a hold performed in par terre, which can be executed in two ways: 1 - a hold of the shoulder and neck, which is performed from a side-rear position – the wrestler makes a hold under the opponent's opposite shoulder with his own arm, which is placed on the opponent's neck; 2 - a hold of the arm – is performed with the opposite hand on top of the forearm, and the other hand under the opponent's forearm.
