"Body Sculpt" training refers to a type of fitness program that focuses on reshaping and toning the body through a combination of strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and flexibility movements. These workouts usually incorporate various resistance equipment, such as dumbbells, resistance bands, or body weight exercises, to target and engage multiple muscle groups. The goal of Body Sculpt training is to improve overall muscular endurance, promote lean muscle mass, and enhance body composition, resulting in a more defined and sculpted physique.
