vocabulary K.S. Stanislavsky: "Talent is the desire to work, and secondly, the capacity to work."

— an exercise consisting of two different movements. The athlete lifts the barbell off the platform and brings it to the chest while simultaneously squatting, and then rises up ("catching it on the chest"). Then the athlete semi-squats and forcefully pushes the barbell up with straightened arms while simultaneously swinging the legs slightly to the side ("swing") or forward and backward ("scissors"). After the barbell is fixed above the head, the athlete straightens the legs, placing the feet parallel at the same level while simultaneously holding the barbell above the head.
