Running is a remedy for many troubles

Everyone knows about the benefits of running… well, almost everyone! However, for various reasons, not many people run. The reason is actually simple - lack of information. Now let's try to convince you that running can do a lot of wonderful things in your life. So… facts, just facts!

  1. As is known, the better human tissues and organs are supplied with oxygen, the better their health and endurance. Running is an excellent stimulator for oxygenating the body, as it trains the heart and cardiovascular system.
  2. A trained heart is capable of pumping significantly more blood at once. As a result, blood flow increases, and oxygen exchange occurs equally well in all organs! All tissues are well supplied with beneficial substances, and the body rejuvenates!
  3. Stress and fatigue at the end of the day lead to the production of breakdown products. It is these products that cause fatigue. To "drive" them out of the body, you need to sweat well, and running is the number one helper in this. Moreover, running relieves nervous tension and "airs out" the mind.
  4. After a prolonged run - more than 30 minutes, the hormone - endorphin is released into the blood. This is the very hormone of happiness, thanks to which a person experiences a positive feeling of euphoria. For this reason, running can even cure severe forms of depression and chronic fatigue!
  5. Regular running exercises lead to an excellent state of human immunity due to the increase in red blood cells and hemoglobin in the blood! When you run, the level of cholesterol in the blood is significantly reduced, the overall feeling of hunger decreases, and the work of the intestine is adjusted, leading to the active burning of excess calories.
  6. In the 1950s, British scientists found that active running makes a person smarter! Due to accelerated metabolism and active "charging" for all organs, the body's reserve forces are activated, and the mind is "refreshed." Often, during a run, a solution to a problem or task comes naturally. If your child doesn't mind team sports and loves football, it's a good idea to let his or her energy out.
  7. At any time of the day, running can be a great helper! In the morning, it helps to harmonize the body and mind, while in the evening, running is excellent for relieving fatigue and nervous tension.
  8. For older people, running is simply a cure for all diseases! It strengthens the musculoskeletal system, prevents degenerative changes in muscles and joints! Running partially rejuvenates the liver and kidneys, as well as stabilizes blood pressure.

Ancient Greeks used to say - "If you want to be strong - run, if you want to be beautiful - run, if you want to be smart - run".
