What we need:
- 200 g of frozen/fresh black currants, blueberries, or blackberries; you can choose your favorite berry and experiment
- 200 ml of ryazhanka (I buy it from the store with 4% fat)
- 2 tablespoons of honey
Preparation:
- Pour the berries (previously thawed on a radiator) into a blender, using 100 g per person
- Add honey, one heaping tablespoon per person
Mix for 10-20 seconds
- Pour in ryazhanka, using 100 ml per person
Whisk/mix again.
Pour into cups and serve.
